Jushi Takes Part in JEC World 2023, Discussing Common Future With Partners
30,000 visits this year. Throughout the event, President Zhang discussed the latest technologies and trends in composite materials with global partners, while presenting Jushi's development achievements in the last three years.
These three years have witnessed Jushi’s relentless efforts in swiftly adapting to market changes, developing high-performance glass fibers and reducing emissions. Jushi’s newly-developed E9 glass fiber, with a record-high modulus of over 100GPa, has become the top product in the global market. It plays a major role in enabling large-scale and lightweight wind power blades as well as in the development of offshore blades.
Through five years of construction, the Jushi headquarters intelligent manufacturing base was successfully launched. This means we have accomplished the strategic goal of becoming the global leader in electronic glass fabrics, following our leadership in thermoset rovings and thermoplastic reinforcements. The construction of the intelligent manufacturing base in the Chengdu location has been fully completed, and equipment installation and commissioning for the first phase of Jushi Jiujiang’s new production base is right underway. Moreover, we have started a new journey towards building the world's first zero-carbon factory, after we successfully build our bases in Tongxiang, Jiujiang and Chengdu into national green factories. For the new zero-carbon factory to work, we will rely on science and technology to tackle problems in green development, and jointly explore a zero-carbon future with our partners.
From this year’s exhibition, Jushi also comes to recognize the new requirements put forward by the shifting market for even higher properties and production and use processes of glass fiber reinforced composites.
